minä perhonen's textile designs decorate MOHEIM items.

minä perhonen, founded by designer Akira Minagawa, is a brand that offers not only textiles and fashion, but also a variety of items for interior design and other aspects of daily life. SWING BIN “choucho” is the first collaboration item with MOHEIM.

With its rustic unglazed matte texture and simple yet presentable form MOHEIM's STONEWARE MUG is highly popular.
Based on this texture and design, a collaboration with BLUE BOTTLE COFFEE was launched.

Makiko Busato, Brand & Product Director of BLUE BOTTLE COFFEE, and Shigeichiro Takeuchi, Creative Director of MOHEIM, shared their thoughts on the STONE MUG created in collaboration with MOHEIM.

The rounded shape of YUKI wood fits comfortably in your hand. It was created as part of MOHEIM's lineup when the brand was first launched.
Each cup is meticulously crafted by Yamanaka lacquerware artisans in Ishikawa Prefecture, Japan. It is light, thin, and smooth because it is made with a technique that is highly regarded as the best in Japan.
Shigeichiro Takeuchi, the designer and the creative director of MOHEIM tells the story behind this cup with its soft and elegant form.

SHOEHORN harmonizes dignified straight lines and soft curves, and has a beautiful appearance.
Vulcanized fiber is used as a material, which is lightweight and softly bendable, yet strong and impact resistant, Our achievements include both its design and superior comfort when putting on shoes.
Designer Shigeichiro Takeuchi tells the story of its development.

The white color of the SWING BIN blends naturally into the space, so I wanted to place it in an easily recognizable and usable location.

A simple umbrella stand with five holes on a rounded rectangular body. The design was inspired by Finnish perforated bricks. We focused on sustainability and spent time developing recycled materials.

We interviewed the designer, Mr. Wataru Kumano, about his thoughts on BRICK STAND, which was created through a process of various trials and errors.

The WIRE BASKET can hold and carry both documents and towels, and I thought it would be useful as a showcase storage.

With this in mind, MOHEIM's website was designed and implemented with strict attention to quality, from the color design of the entire site to the layout and every single visual.
We interviewed “baqemono.inc (baqemono Inc.)” about the process of completing the website, which was designed based on the same concept as MOHEIM's "New Standard" products, and about the award it received at the AWWWARDS.

I wanted more than one LADDER RACK because it fits in many more places than I imagined. The design of the indentation at the top and other details are user-friendly.
